All D.C. Defenders tickets are digital. You can manage your tickets online. Download the UFL app for easy game day ticket management and information. You may also click on this link to access your Defenders-specific Ticketmaster Account manager here: https://am.ticketmaster.com/xflwashingtondc/ Be sure to login with your account email and password. Please be sure to access your account with the email associated with your account. If you have forgotten your password or have yet to set one up, select "forgot password" and you will be directed through that simple process.

Audi Field gates will open one hour prior to kick-off on game days.
Yes, there are ADA ticket options at Audi Field games. We suggest that if you are in need of ADA accommodations, please order ahead of time if possible. ADA seats often sell out in advance. We do not advise coming to games expecting ADA accommodations without an advance purchase. Please visit the D.C. Defenders Ticket Central for more details.
Children under two years old do not need tickets to the game as long as they are able to sit in a lap.
There are no refunds for D.C. Defenders tickets. Please contact the Defenders Ticket Team at tickets@ufldefenders.com. if you have any questions.
If the Defenders host a play-off game it will be played on the weekend of June 8/9 at Audi Field. Season Ticket Members will have first priority to purchase play-off tickets in their same Season Ticket location, followed by the general public. More play-off details will be shared later if applicable.

No bags larger than 14” by 14” by 6” will be allowed into Audi Field. No backpacks will be allowed (“cinch bags” that fit the size restriction will be allowed). Other bag types that will NOT be allowed at Audi Field include: coolers, luggage, large purses, or other similar bags that exceed the size restriction.

Seat cushions are allowed in the stadium. Only one-piece, foam seat cushions with no covers are permitted as long as they do not exceed 16” wide and do not have armrests or a metal back
Audi Field is a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited in every area of Audi Field, including surrounding sidewalks and plaza spaces. This includes e-cigarettes and vape devices.
Audi Field does not allow umbrellas inside of the stadium.
