1ST & GOAL READING PROGRAM

Back for 2025, the 1st & Goal Reading Program, Powered by the Brahmas and KLRN, PBS San Antonio. We teamed up again to inspire students to read their way to a touchdown! Each student who completes the program will earn one (1) complimentary ticket to one (1) 2025 Brahmas regular season game, in addition to other great prizes. Families will have the ability to purchase additional tickets at a discounted rate to celebrate all the hard work their student achieved.

  • FREE resource for schools/educators/libraries/clubs/parents/etc.
  • Can be used to supplement existing curriculum and/or be run in conjunction with other program(s)
  • Set your own requirements and goals, such as number of books to read, number of pages to read, hours spent reading, etc.
  • Brahmas will supply you with:
    • Educator packet with educator checklist and parent instructions
    • Any other supporting information needed for implementing program
    • All ticketing logistics – just share a link with parent when student scores a Touchdown
  • When enrolled, you’ll have a dedicated Brahmas representative there to help answer any questions and assist you if needed
  • In addition, we’ll provide YOU with a discounted ticket link to show our appreciation for participating in the 1st & Goal Reading Program, Powered by the Brahams and KLRN, PBS San Antonio
